Welcome to the Fam Hank

There's a new dog in the Owen clan... 

Say hello to Hank, Chris' newly rescued Australian cattle dog. They think he's about 5 years old and spent some time roaming Texas as any good dog should. He's still adjusting to normal dog life, but he did really well with Midas and really loves Chris. 

Obviously, Chris came down to visit from the great state of Kentucky this weekend. We spent Sunday back out at Rural Hills (the farm we went to for the corn maze). This weekend they were holding sheep dog trials. It's amazing what those dogs can do. They also had lots of dog agility demos and a giant trebuchet for pumpkin chunking. It was definitely a fun afternoon! Midas and Hank got to meet tons of dogs and were pooped by the time we went home. Here's some more pics below.

The audience got to get out there and try the course once the demos were done. Midas was great, other than the weaving thing. He wasn't too into that.
