I can't believe it's been 3 years. It feels like yesterday. I was a first year grad student in higher education and then suddenly one of the biggest higher ed nightmares occurs on such a grand scale at such a prominent institution. And, our professional world and the way we think about campus crisis management changed forever. Just like 3 years ago, we're all hokies today! Thinking of the 32 students and faculty lost that day, their families and friends, and the whole VT community.
